TERMS & CONDITIONS
"Pan-American Royal" Breakfasts are included in the rates.
Other meals are not offered unless you pre-book and prepaid
a Special Package.
Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. Check-out is al 12:00 noon.
A one night deposit is required to reserve your room, suite
or house. This deposit payment can be made by wire transfer
to our HSBC bank account in Panama or by credit card
authorization on Master Card, VISA or American Express.
No smoking in the rooms or closed & open common areas.
Those who disregard our policy will be asked to leave, but
will be responsible for the reservation, plus cleaning fees
of
$ 100.00.
No pets.
Prices do not include: tips, transportation, phone calls,
laundry services, or any other personal services. The 10%
tax has to be charge to your bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be received in
writing.

Deposits are refundable only if you cancel ten or more
days prior to your scheduled visit.

Refunds are subject to a $ 20.00 cancellation fee per
room.

In case of “No-Show” we have to charge the full amount
of the reservation.
By sending us your deposit, or the information of your
credit card, you confirm that you have read and agreed to
the terms of Park Eden’s Cancellation Policy.
